Today is another fasting day and I want to share with you my favorite juice recipes. You can make these at home, or ask your local juice bar to whip them up for you. These juices give you all the energy boost you need..
The Wild Watermelon Cooler
- 1 large slice watermelon with seeds
- The rind from the watermelon
- Optional: Squeeze of lime
- Juice, chill and enjoy—also delicious with a dash of cayenne or mint for spice.
Blend and serve. This can also be served warm, as a creamy soup, if you omit the ice and heat in a skillet after blending.
The Green Team
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 bunch parsley
- 8 stalks celery
- 3 carrots
Juice and enjoy adding this glass to your daily routine. Green juices can aid your health by your satisfying vitamin intake, weight loss, as well as clear your skin.
Cucumber Cooler
- 4 Persian cucumbers (or other organic cucumbers available)
- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 carrots
- 2 cups kale
- Optional: Squeeze of lemon
