Want a Flat Stomach? How I Did it at Age 67

Not bragging, just sharing—but in this blog, I am happy to detail how I achieved a flat stomach at age 67. On my most recent birthday, I proudly posted pictures of myself at age 67. Beating my doctor’s prognosis of death at 17 is something I wanted to share with the world. The positive response was unexpected. Though fitness is important for good health and mood, my body transformed because I prioritized gut health. A clean gut allows the body to assimilate nutrients, process toxins, and reduce stress. Anyone can achieve a flat stomach at any age if they focus on gut health.

Even thin individuals experience bloated stomachs because an irritated gut creates digestive issues and inflammation. However, I practice the following protocols to cleanse my gut, reduce belly puffiness, and maintain excellent health.

Gut Health is Key to a Flat Stomach

1. Consume Enzyme Energy with each meal to ensure the assimilation of nutrients. This product helps digest food as well as reduce gas, constipation, and inflammation in the stomach area.
