How do Diverticulitis Pockets Form?

Does your gut have more diverticulitis pockets than your favorite pair of pants? If you live with an inflammatory gut condition such as colitis, diverticulosis, or Crohn’s, the answer is likely, yes.

Research doctors Hunter and Wise report in PubMed study (PMID: 33077029) that over half of the population aged 60+ experience some form of diverticulosis. “Diverticulosis” means pockets in the colon have become inflamed.

Diverticulitis Pockets Can Lead to Painful Flares

Diverticulitis is when pockets become infected. This painful condition is described as a sharp, stabbing pain in the side. We call this getting a “flare.” You may also experience a fever, bloating, mental disorientation, anxiety and constipation.

According to Dr’s Hunter and Wise, diverticulitis is responsible for nearly half-million emergency room visits yearly. If you were part of those statistics, you were likely treated with a strong antibiotic upon diagnosis.

Ninety percent of my clients tell me that antibiotics is all they received from their doctor with no diet suggestions, lifestyle, or stress factors. None of the medical professionals discussed natural pain relief. Most people leave the emergency room as afraid and confused as when they arrived.

5 Powerful Steps to Shrink Diverticulitis Pockets

STEP 1:

Start acidifying your stomach with Enzyme Energy after protein meals. Bust the bloat, brain fog & fatigue right where it starts.

If an inflammatory gut is an issue, your stomach probably won’t produce enough hydrochloric acid to digest protein. Therefore, undigested food can lead to IBS, flares, and constipation. The Concept of Natural Healing

I believe in nature innate healing because I know it is true. Fifty years ago, I was living and studying at Hippocrate Health Institute in Boston (HHI is now in Palm Beach, FL), with the renowed health pioneer Dr. Ann Wigmore.
