Are You Sick and Tired of Dieting?

No Sugar, No Flour
Simply, you must follow no sugar and no flour diet, eliminating refined sugar, white flour, fake fats, fast foods and overly processed foods can allow your body to drop the weight you’ve been struggling with for years and more importantly, keep it off. On the 21-Day Detox Diet, we also eliminate dairy (except butter, which is a fat), and many of my clients discover they are sensitive to dairy products, and feel so much better without them, that they eat little or dairy even after the cleanse. There’s no better way to know how you do without a food than to go without it for at least 21 days, and see if your energy, health and vitality increases. (If food allergies are a concern, your doctor may prescribe IGG blood tests, which are also an excellent way to determine food sensitivities.) The same is true for wheat…many of my clients without allergies, per se, have discovered that they lose weight and have more energy on with a gluten-free lifestyle.
It’s so exciting to see clients that have fought the “diet battle” for years become free of food addictions. Emotionally and mentally, they are empowered and energized by how good they feel, and how steady their blood sugars remain. Sugar substitutes, like stevia and agave (and small amounts of honey), satisfy our cravings for something sweet. And believe it or not, those cravings diminish drastically when sugar is no longer a part of the diet.
And that’s where detoxification comes in. One of the best ways to begin this lifestyle change is with a program that includes colon cleansing, lymphatic therapy and dry skin brushing, rebounding on the trampoline (to pump that lymph and awaken your metabolism!) and drinking alkaline water.
