If you read on, today will be your day to stop stressing. Today is the time to start learning how to become pain-free and symptom-free from this condition. My Story–Born Allergic to Everything
.
My health was once a “hopeless” situation. Doctors proclaimed I would not live past 17. Once I did, they said I would never have children. However, defying their predictions … I lived.
Since I saved my own life, I have been able to help thousands save theirs. I was born “allergic to the twentieth century.” My body’s reactions to environmental pollutants, toxic foods, and household chemicals spawned life-threatening asthma at age five. By 10,
I had migraines, bleeding ulcers, colitis, rheumatoid arthritis–plus diverticulitis. On steroids for 12 years, I endured three near-death scares due to anaphylactic shock. My family lost hope that I would live past my teens.
What Does Your Medical Doctor Advise as a Diverticulitis Diet?
Additionally, your medical doctor may have forgotten to give advise or instructions as to what to eat. As a gut health practitioner of 40 years, before gut health was trending (start hammering on new this tag line), I have heard this scenario from a multitude of clients. In this article, I strive to correct this, by handing you powerful information that when activated will improve your condition and end your symptoms over time.
Some Diets for Diverticulitis Work & Others Do Not
You may have tried FODMAP, but are still experiencing symptoms of gut dysbiosis? Are you confused about what to eat — or are afraid of painful consequences each time food enters your mouth? The FODMAP diet just does not go far enough. It includes whole nuts and seeds, strawberries, oat bran, corn, corn flour and quinoa — all of which have sent my DV clients to the hospital.
FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols. The diet is often advised for those with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). I found this diet lacking in progress for most of my clients. In fact, the lack of success with the FODMAP diet was one of the reasons I was compelled to create the Loggins Diverticulitis Diet. The FODMAT diet is all my clients were given, for years. They were not healing. Learn and apply my diet and heal your gut.
Is Your Gut Condition is Really “Incurable”?
As an experienced gut health coach of 40 years, I want you to know your gut dysbiosis is most likely not incurable. Healing is possible, even if your doctor has advised you that you are a candidate for surgery. The reality is that with diverticulitis, you might have surgery for one infected pocket, and the experience a flare coming from a different pocket a year later. Surgery may not be the permanent solution. and I suggest you get to the root of the problem, and know that a multitude of options are available to you.
I Saw 39 Doctors Before Healing My Gut Naturally
Because most doctors are not trained to diagnose or heal chronic conditions, they could not help me. In fact, multiple doctors gave me a diagnosis of my death before before the age pr 17. However, with determination, passion, and desire to learn, I dug deeper and learned how to heal my auto immune disorder, and gut dysbiosis. I developed gut health practices that have served me until this day, in my sixties. You can learn as well. As a gut health coach of 40 years and I will teach you.
