Unhappy Gut Equals Chronic Joint Pain?
Are you one of the lucky people free from constipation, diarrhea, and acid reflux? Therefore, do you automatically assume your digestion is golden? However, inflammation, chronic joint pain, fibromyalgia, and brain fog can fool you. These unknown digestive symptoms typically flourish in conditions of an under-acid stomach and sluggish colon. Many people take their digestive systems for granted—but digestive conditions may not be due to obvious symptoms.
Jane’s Chronic Joint Pain Case Study
One of my clients testifies: “At my first appointment with you, I thought my digestion was fine. I went to the bathroom daily and felt good. But, my joints ached constantly and my ankles were swollen. Then, I tried your Enzyme Energy and Happy Gut Cleanse. What a difference! My swelling disappeared and joints stopped hurting. My ankles—in fact, my whole leg—look normal. I am now brave enough to begin coffee enemas—thanks to your Coffee Enema Video, and wow, I feel amazing. Thank you!”
Jane’s testimonial about her chronic joint pain inspired me to write this blog. If your hands, feet, or back hurts, you may not imagine the root cause is digestive stress.
When in my late teens, severe back pain caused me to seek chiropractic care. Although I left feeling better, my back pain returned the next day. I was disheartened and sought other solutions. Consequently, I discovered food combining and digestive enzymes. These practices healed my bloated belly and hypoglycemia. No doctor ever mentioned hypoglycemia could be related to poor digestion. Once food combining and digestive enzymes became my routine, the backache disappeared permanently. I learned that an unhappy gut can spawn conditions such as chronic joint pain and backaches.
Five Tips to Calm Chronic Joint Pain & Other Gut-Related Symptoms
Below are simple suggestions to relieve gut-related chronic pain.
1. Enzyme Energy
Try Enzyme Energy digestive enzymes with protein meals, so that food properly digests.
2. Practice Food Combining
All my books offer a food combining chart. The basic rules are—eat proteins with non-starchy vegetables; eat carbohydrates such as grains with vegetables and oil; eat fruit alone. Do not combine carbohydrates with proteins. This may seem confusing at first. However, the more you practice, the easier food combining becomes. The reward is a flatter belly, improved energy, and metabolism.
3. Colon Cleansing
Begin with the Happy Gut Cleanse. Next, implement coffee enemas in your self-care ritual. If nervous to try the new and unusual remember, you are not alone. Contact me with questions through the chat box on Cleansing for Energy Shop. I will coach you through your first coffee enema to freedom from chronic joint pain and other digestive symptoms.
4. Dry Skin Brushing
Add dry skin brushing and mini-trampoline bouncing to your daily routine. Directions for how to dry skin brush are in my books. Bounce lightly for five minutes on a mini-trampoline to stimulate the lymphatic system—that’s all you need.
5. Castor Oil
Castor oil packs are a phenomenal natural healing remedy for inflammation and chronic pain. They are also an effective liver detox. Simply, liberally apply castor oil to your belly. Then, wear an old t-shirt, or wrap your belly with a flannel or wool cloth. Note, castor oil may stain. Next, wrap your belly with plastic wrap or add a heating pad for 30 minutes. Leave the castor oil pack on from 30 minutes to overnight. Shower when done.
Castor oil packs stimulate the colon and liver. If your baby is constipated, slather castor oil on them to encourage smooth bowel movements. Castor oil packs were a favorite remedy of the famed Dr. Edgar Kayce—one of the pioneers of the natural health movement.
