Bugs & Bloat & Parasite Infestations—Oh My!

June 19, 2025 by Julia Leave a Comment

Parasite Infestations Thrive in Summer

Looking forward to summer—beach days, picnics, or hikes? So am I. However, beware of parasite infestations proliferating in summer.

Like Dorothy’s fear of “Lions, and Tigers, and Bears, Oh My,” in Frank Baum’s Wizard of Oz, we understand enemies within. Parasites lurk everywhere while we travel, dine out, visit parks, the gym, and swim in bodies of water. Unfortunately, you may order a sandwich from a top-reviewed, clean-looking cafe—yet unbeknownst to you, these nasty critters could be taking up residence inside your gut.

Julia Speaks to Hidden Enemies within-Bugs, Parasites & Bloat, Oh My!

Are Your Unknowingly Hosting Parasite Infestations?

These unwanted gut guests can cause:

  • Bloating
  • Brainfog
  • Fatigue
  • Constipation or Diarrhea
  • Weight gain
  • Sudden weight loss
  • Immune Issues

But Don’t Hand Sanitizers Neutralize Bugs, Bacteria, & Parasites?

Our Covid-era love for hand sanitizers does not necessarily protect from bugs, either. In fact, over-cleansing may have the opposite effect. Notably, a June 6, 2024 study entitled Hand Sanitizer: Stopping the Spread of Infection at a Cost in PubMed by Dr. Shreya Bhatt reports that over-cleansing—particularly with hand sanitizers, can cause gut dysbiosis. Therefore, this condition renders the immune system even vulnerable to a vast array of bugs.

Yet, since Covid, people have developed a habit of using hand sanitizer in a public place. For example, I do not want to grab the handle of a grocery cart unless I clean it first. Hence, we modern folks are in a bit of a bind.

Here are the facts: bugs are everywhere. Yet, paranoia does not serve us. ILife is to be lived. ugs were on this planet before us, and they will endure. Obviously, we cannot avoid them—they cannot avoid us. We must live together synergistically.

Learn About the Unseen Damages of Parasites

Prevent Parasite Infestations Seasonally

The solution: embark on a seasonal bug and parasite cleanse, which sends those nasty creatures down the toilet where they belong.

If you scroll social media or the internet, you may notice that parasite cleanses have become “trendy.” Of course, part of that is clever marketing, However, another reason for this is that increasing numbers of people are suffering the effects of bugs in their gut.

Creating Unfriendly Stomach Acid to Guard Against Parasite Infestations

One explanation for the increase in parasite infestations is that the majority of persons over 40 years of age are living with low stomach acid. Yet, in cases of adequate stomach acid, those microscopic bugs in a sandwich would be destroyed in your stomach. In this case, this gut health enemy would not survive in your stomach and inflammation is avoided.

For instance, the bacteria H Pylori, a stomach bug, is the number one cause of ulcers and gastritis—and it is epidemic. The mighty presence of HCL waiting like an army as that bacteria slides into your stomach, can end its existence.

HCL digestive enzymes—an unfriendly environment for gut bugs

“I’ve been taking BUGS BE GONE & HAPPY GUT CLEANSE for a year and just started taking ENZYME ENERGY. I didn’t think I could feel any better than I did, but ENZYME ENERGY made me feel better! Now, I am a fan for life!

Brad goes on to say,
“I started with BUGS BE GONE & THE HAPPY GUT CLEANSE. I feel a million times better. Usually just walking around—say going shopping or going to the grocery store I would always come awat with lower abdominal pain. But I now feel like i used to feel! I am even golfing with no problem. Julia, I will be using these product for the foreseeable future. THANK YOU!”

Studies Show Parasites Cannot Thrive or Survive in an HCL Environment

Furthermore, these harmful critters when exposed to HCL, cannot survive long enough to breed in your colon, and eventually can cause colitis and ulcerative colitis. Also, another valuable PubMed study entitled Human protozoa infection and dysplasia in ulcerative colitis: a neglected aspect in a prominent disease by Enas F Abdel Hamed from September 2023, outlines a breakthrough in understanding—and healing— of this devastating disease.

As you can see, bugs, bacteria and parasites can cause some serious problems. However, the good news is that preventing them and ridding the from your gut is simple.

Lets Do a Summer Parasite Cleanse

Two Steps for a Parasite Cleanse

Step 1: To protect your gut and immune system, increase HCL acid in your stomach. Take Energy Energy after protein meals. This is your first line of defense. If unsure you are experiencing low stomach acid, answer the following. Do you often:

  • feel protein in your stomach like a rock?
  • bloat like a balloon after eating?
  • experience low blood sugar, or blood sugar crashes?
  • struggle with constipation or diarrhea?
  • get headaches often?
  • deal with food allergies or sensitivities?

In addition, if you suffer from ulcers, gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), wait until you heal to begin taking Enzyme Energy. First, reduce inflammation and extinguish fire in your gut, with Happy Gut Soothe, designed for these inflammatory stomach conditions. Then, get tested by your doctor (or buy the Amazon home test) for H Pylori. If you test positive, pursue treatment immediately. Untreated H Pylori can lead to stomach cancer.

Step 2. Begin a simple 14-day parasite cleanse with Bugs Be Gone. You do not need to fast, or live on juices, while you do this cleanse. However, if you experience any gut issues, the Diverticulitis Diet offers the best guidelines for what to eat and not eat.

I created this diet for all inflammatory gut issues, and anyone with a sensitive belly.

Pair Bugs Be Gone with Happy Gut Cleanse, to assure that bugs and eggs plus their waste— are swiftly eliminated. If your symptoms are not resolved in 14 days, skip a week, and repeat the cleanse.

For optimal results, administer weekly coffee enemas. This is a powerful anti-parasite protocol available at cleansing for energy, which is my step-by-step guide and coffee enema training video. I perform this cleanse twice a year, and am beginning my summer cleanse next week.

Cravings for Sugar & Carbohydrates are Hurting You

Another gut bacteria that creates havoc in the summer is candida, or yeast overgrowth. Of course, we all have some level of candida in our gut. It is a part of our natural gut microbiome. However, when out of balance, the symptoms are:

  • Bloating
  • Out of control cravings
  • Rashes
  • Vaginal itching and discharge
  • Headaches
Julia Loggins Explains How Sugar & Yeast are Related and How to Identify the Symptoms of Candida Overgrowth

Yeast loves heat. Consequently, if you are in a battle with a yeast infection, avoid nylon bathing suits, and hot, moisture-provoking runs and exercise, which all promote the growth of yeast. And indeed, stress is also a cause of increasing this bacteria. Also, be aware that taking antibiotics, drinking alcohol. and consuming sugar feed this irritating bacteria. As you may know, a systemic yeast infection can be painful and incredibly annoying—and if persists longer, can lead to damage to immune system and cause repetitive allergies.

If you have experienced a yeast infection before, conduct a yeast/candida cleanse beginning of each summer, which will support your gut and build resistance.

5 Star Review from Rodney Quarles for the Food Combining Chart
“I recently had a flair because of a bad diet. Doctors diagnosed me with ulcerative colitis and it seems like things kept getting worse. My wife found Julia on TikTok. The diet she provides works and the product work, such as the digestive enzymes ENZYME ENERGY & HAPPY GUT SOOTHE. I lost 30 pounds and I did not know why. I was scared, going from 205 to 170 in two weeks. Most doctors won’t provide a complete diet, they just tell you no fried foods. Julia’s plan really works!”

Five Steps to Candida Self-Treatment

The following 5-step protocol is what I use to help myself, clients, and followers to successful treat candida overgrowth:

1. Add Enzyme Energy after every protein meal to change the environment in the stomach.

2. Take Yeast Be Gone capsule for 14-21 days, to reduce fungus strains in the system.

3. Starve critters pf sugar, wheat, processed & junk food with the Diverticulitis Diet,

4. Add the home coffee enema video tutorial to eliminate bloat and remove parasites.

5. Re-establish good bacteria balance in your gut with Women’s Probioenergy

Preventing Candida Overgrowth & Parasite Infestations

To prevent yeast overgrowth and candida, consider these suggestions:

  • Switch to cotton underwear, particular in the summer
  • Stay hydrated
  • Avoid sugar, too much alcohol and unnecessary medications

“CARMELA DOMINO, 5 stars for HAPPY GUT CLEANSE
